We have an annual programme of monthly opera performances which we watch on DVDs. Since our formation 17 years ago, they have embraced four centuries of operatic compositions, from Monteverdi to the present day. In 2026, for example, they range from Gluck and Mozart to Wagner and Berg.

We meet in a member's home (which limits the number of members) and one person presents the opera, providing background information and a synopsis.
